I recently visited the Slate Museum for the second time, and I was amazed at how much I had missed during my first visit. The place is rich in history, with so much to see, do, and explore that one could easily spend several days there. I am definitely planning to return in the future to fully explore the area.
The slate museum is situated in an old slate quarry, and the workshops date back to the 19th century. While they have been left unused and abandoned, they have now been transformed into a museum.
