  Fleur De Lis Museum

Date: October 2024
Location: kent
Public/abandoned: public

Every time I visited Faversham, I always missed seeing the Wheels of Time location . This time, since my daughter was on half-term break, I noticed it was open, so we decided to head down to Faversham and check it out.

From the outside, it looks small, but I was surprised to find that it is actually quite large inside. The history of the place is also very interesting.e is also very interesting.

I saw this place online and it looked interesting, so I thought I'd go and have a look to see what it was all about. I headed to Faversham where you can park pretty much outside the old police station. I went inside and had a look around. I must say I was pretty shocked, as I was not expecting what I saw in there. You also get to go inside the old cells, which was pretty cool too.

I had some time to spare before I had to pick up my daughter from nursery, so I thought I'd head down to Faversham in the morning to check out this little church I saw online. I have to say, it was a pretty little church and a very beautiful one too. It was a quick explore because of how small the church was. For some reason, I cannot find much information about this church online.

St Marys (Redundant) - Faversham

 St Marys ( Redundant )

Date: August 2023
Location: Faversham
Public or abandoned: Public
Delmoished: No

One Sunday afternoon, we decided to visit a stunning redundant church in Faversham. The church was situated in a very secluded area, so we parked the car and walked to the entrance. After signing the visitor book, we explored the interior. As there was no electricity, the church became quite eerie when the sun disappeared behind clouds. We spent approximately 40 minutes in the church, taking pictures and admiring its beauty.

According to the information provided, the church is an old Anglican church that is no longer in use. However, it is still considered a beautiful building and has been given a grade 1 listing. The church is currently owned by CCT, who acquired it in 2002. It was originally built in the 12th century and underwent restoration work between 1981 and 1984.,
