This was just a quick exploration. It wasn't anything special; it was simply a roadside drop-off. Most air raid shelters were used during the war.

Gillingham Abandoned Railway line

Location: Gillingham
date - November 2017
Access - Nope

I explored these railway tracks for the first time in 2013 and returned with a friend in 2017. It felt like going back to where my exploration journey began. Not much has changed since my first visit, except the area has become overgrown. This time, we ventured all the way down to the entrance of ASDA, which now occupies the site where the old docks used to be located. The markings on the tracks indicated that they once led to those old docks. Additionally, we noticed a nuclear waste site nearby.

St Leonards Tower - West Malling

Location: West Malling
Acess : Yes
Date :  November  2017

We were somewhat local to this place, so we decided to check it out. However, we were a bit disappointed with our stay, as we expected more. Additionally, there was no access to the tower, which was a letdown. We didn’t spend much time there since we were heading home and wanted to avoid getting caught in traffic.

According to the information provided, St. Leonards Tower is a typical keep built between 1077 and 1108. Although it is not certain, it is believed that the tower was deliberately damaged to prevent its use by the military during the Civil War.

russian convoy memorial loch ewe - Scotland

Date  : october 2017
Location - Cove - Scotland
Acess : Yes

On our way to the next location in Scotland, we stopped at a site where a Russian convoy once passed along the NC500 route. It was a very wet and windy day. Although the site was once a military base, it now lies in ruins. Despite the decay, exploring the area was quite interesting, and we even met other individuals who were also visiting the site. I tried to look up more information about the ruins, but I couldn't find much.
