We spent around 2 to 3 hours at this site, and unintentionally scared off some kids who thought we were security personnel. The site was massive. It was reported that the team at Leafield went into administration, resulting in a total of 200 job losses. The site spanned 28 acres and included various facilities such as offices and a racing car testing facility. The property was listed for sale at £5.5 million.

No history on this house what so ever or why it was even left to rot, Roumers have it due to being demolished at some point in the near future.

This was the second pub we visited  , and this one was in really bad shape too , Inside of the pub was not much better but still intresting to see

so said that the pub was brough for an unknown byer for £265,000  but has remained empty
