Brown Folly Mines

This was a revisit to the mines, and it was really cool! I ended up spotting things that I had missed on my first visit. We spent a few hours exploring and checking everything out. Even though these mines are easy to access, I was surprised at how clean and tidy they were.
The mine is an average-sized Bath stone quarry and was part of Monkton Farleigh. The War Department converted part of the mine into ammunition storage.
