aAfter cycling for about three hours to Wouldham to see the cement work remains, we were met with the site that had been completely demolished. We spoke to a local person who was walking their dog, and they informed us that the place had been demolished and flattened to make way for new houses to be built on the land.

While exploring Brompton for a new location, I accidentally stumbled upon a building that was buried within the mud. It was a small room and seemed to have been hidden, as it was not easy to find. The area where it was located is full of war history, so I am unsure what this room could have been used for..

While I was searching for a new location in Brompton, I stumbled upon a building that was buried in the mud. It seemed like it was hidden and not meant to be found. The building was small, and the area around it is filled with war history, so I am not sure what it could have been used for.

Pillbox / out building - Upnor Medway

Scattered around Medway, there are a number of different pillboxes. We believe this building to be a pillbox, but we are unsure as they come in all different shapes and sizes. It is also possible that this building is one of the outbuildings, but we cannot find anything online regarding what it used to be. ,

Upnor - Sealed air-raid shelter

We spent the day exploring different locations, and someone told us about an air-raid shelter nearby. We decided to check it out, but unfortunately, it was locked up by the time we arrived. We don't know why this shelter existed, but we assume that it was used by locals in the area. Medway has many air-raid shelters scattered throughout.

This was our first attempt to explore the building, but we couldn't access the other buildings on the site as they were still in use. There was a man shouting at everyone who even walked near the old burnt-down huts, although you were able to walk past them on the riverside walk.

Unfortunately, I couldn't find any history on this place. Sadly, in 2017, the place had a huge fire, causing it to close down permanently..

Moat Park Boathouse - Maidstone

While walking around Moat Park searching for the entrance to the mines, we stumbled upon an interesting building but weren't sure of its purpose.
