going to university and living right next to the asylum I always wanted to explore what was remaining off the building but never really had the time  on my day off I thought i go and finally have a look at the building that was remaining,

I never really do solo explore but this time I thought I would - as I was about to enter the building I bumped into a bunch of kids who showed me the way in. but I didn't get to look around the building for long as someone had called the police so I was out the building pretty fast.

is said that construction of the hospital was done in 1894 and finished in 1894
it is said that due to the WW1 it was used as
Military Hospital, but only some were used in ww2 ,

it is said when the hospital came back to civil use in 1919, the asylum became known as Graylingwell Mental Hospital, but in 1920 the term asylum wasn't really used anymore.

I WENT BACK ON THE  05.05.2015 AND THE BUILDING WAS GETTING DELMOSIHED.
