I stumbled across this hidden gem by mistake while I was looking for a different site. I decided to have a look and I'm glad I did, as it's such a pretty little church. The walls amazed me too because they still had the original paintings on them.
The text suggests that the church is renowned for its medieval wall paintings. It mentions that the original paintings were done in red with gold leaf around the 12th or 13th century and dates back to the 11th century as well.
