Chattenden - Medway

Today, we spent the day walking around Chatterden, looking for things to explore, and fortunately, we had a lot of luck. The area was filled with fascinating X-Mod artifacts, including pillboxes, air raid shelters, and much more. We also encountered an MOD officer, who warned us that there are still live ordnance in the area, so we should stick to the designated footpaths.

Chattenden Flats - Medway

While we were exploring Chattden, we stumbled upon some abandoned flats. Local kids helped us find our way inside the building, and we took a look around. It seems that most of the flats share the same layout. We are unsure why they have been left unoccupied, but we noticed signs of a fire in some of them. It’s possible that the flats were abandoned because of the fire.

Wouldham Cement works Remains

.After cycling for about three hours to Wouldham to see the remains of the cement works, we were disappointed to find that the site had been completely demolished. We spoke to a local resident who was walking their dog, and they informed us that the area had been cleared to make way for new houses to be built.
