As we were doing the Wheels of Time trail, this location was on our list. It just so happened that we visited on the last day of the season, which was pretty cool. Originally, we hadn't planned to come here yet; we intended to visit on a later date. However, the first place we wanted to go was closed, so we decided to head here instead. 

I have to say, the weather was terrible—it was cold and raining. We looked around, and my daughter enjoyed taking a little walk in the woodland area. I definitely want to return in the summer to see the rest of the site, as some areas were closed off for maintenance..

Battle Headquarters - Luton

This was the last stop before heading home, so we thought we would check it out. It was sealed up, which was expected since it's located right in the middle of a public park. We headed over to the skate park next to it, and you can see the site from there. I took a quick look around and managed to take some photos through the gaps in the fence.

I can't seem to find much history about this online; it seems to be top secret. So, trying to uncover any details about it is proving to be impossible. .

Fleur de Lis Museum - Faversham

Every time I visited Faversham, I always missed seeing the Wheels of Time location . This time, since my daughter was on half-term break, I noticed it was open, so we decided to head down to Faversham and check it out. 

From the outside, it looks small, but I was surprised to find that it is actually quite large inside. The history of the place is also very interesting.e is also very interesting.

I was given the location by a friend of mine, so I thought I'd finally go and check it out. The caves were pretty easy to find, and just like most caves, I couldn't find any history on them.

As I was heading up to Luton to spend the weekend with my best friend, we decided to visit various locations. One of the places we checked out was a cute little pillbox on the golf course. My friend had been telling me about it for months (sorry, I probably wasn't listening), but even though it was sealed up, it was still pretty cool to see.

During the war, Type 24 pillboxes were used.

When looking at the maps to see what was around the area, I stumbled across this pillbox. I thought I would head up to it and check it out. I have to say, I've never seen a pillbox like this before. It looks rather new. ,

This was another one on the wheels of the time trail , but we didn't stay long here most prob about 15 mins , we went and got are badge and then went and had a quick look around , at this point it was late and y 4 year old was starting to get tired and bored  so we made it a quick visit, it was pretty interesting to go and visit though and entry is free ,
