Weald Hall Care Home - East Sussex

 Weald Hall Care Home

Date: October 2022

Location:  east Sussex

Public or Abandoned: Public - Abandoned

Demolished:  No

This care home was not on the list of places to do, we were in the area due to explore some mines nearby, Getting to the care home was easy in fact there were other explores in the care home when we arrived,  iv seen photos of the care home online and I did want to have a look at it, so being in the area at the time was a win win ! sadly this place has been ripped out and trashed in within a space of a few weeks but it was still a cool place to visit, even know the rooms are stripped out the main room where the staircase was pretty cool.  Thankfully the rain held off so made it an easy explore.

So some history off the web from a few different sources,  So the care home was forced to close due to owing £1m to creditors,
The care home had ruffly 26 people who lived in the care home and it was mainly for people who suffered from dementia  The site closed down in 2019,
