This was the last explore of the day, as we had visited a bunch of different places. This one isn't abandoned; it's a church ruin that sits atop a hill. It's said to be one of the oldest surviving buildings in Hastings, dating back to the period of 1066.

Fairlight - ROC post

WeWe were in the area with a group of explorers, checking out various locations we had pinned on our map. One of our stops was this abandoned ROC post. This ROC post is one of the cleaner ones I have seen during my time exploring these sites.

Like most ROC posts, it opened in 1960 and closed around 1991. This one is in slightly better condition compared to others I have encountered.

Car Graveyard - Maidstone

Sate: Decaying 

I was tipped off about this location by another local explorer, so I decided to check it out. It didn't take long to get to Maidstone, as it’s only about 15 minutes away. Accessing the site was easy since it was just off a public footpath. The car was interesting to see, but it was in such a bad state of decay. I'm not sure about the history of this car graveyard.

Film maker House - East Sussex

*As of 2020, the site has been demolished.* I was exploring the East Sussex area with some fellow explorers when they took us to this house. Getting inside was easy, and we could walk right in. Unfortunately, the reason for its abandonment is unknown. There was still so much left inside from the early 2000s. A sign on the front of the house explained that it was scheduled for demolition.
