This part of South Foreland can be accessed without a key as the entrances have been dug out. However, the entrance into the rooms is very small and easy to miss if you don't know what you're looking for. Once inside, they are pretty interesting to see, but not too big. This was Magazine Room 2 out of 4 that are scattered around the area. They are currently restoring the area, which is nice to see.
The magazines are part of the South Foreland area, which includes 2 plotting rooms and 2 deep shelters. I could not find much information online regarding the magazine rooms..
