Battle Headquarters

This was the last stop before heading home, so we thought we would check it out. It was sealed up, which was expected since it's located right in the middle of a public park. We headed over to the skate park next to it, and you can see the site from there. I took a quick look around and managed to take some photos through the gaps in the fence.
I can't seem to find much history about this online; it seems to be top secret. So, trying to uncover any details about it is proving to be impossible. .
