St Augustine Abbey

We were just out exploring, so we thought we would visit this English Heritage site as we hadn't been there before. It was a warm day, making it enjoyable to explore the area.
The site mentions that the abbey was founded in 598 and served as a monastery until 1538, when it was dissolved.
