Dungeness Beach

Dungeness Beach

Date: 9-03-2019
Location: Dungeness
Access: Yes

We spent the day in Dungeness, and this was my first time visiting. I was amazed by how much was just left there. However, I wasn’t a fan of walking over the shingles and stones on the beach. Overall, it was a really good place to explore. Dungeness is a shingle beach and is classified as Kent's "only desert." The site was sold to EDF Energy for over £1.5 million. There are only 29 houses in this area.
